Job summary

Sundus Consultancy is seeking an HR Specialist with government experience to support manpower activation plans and a workforce maturity roadmap in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Public Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Arabic language proficiency is required. The contract is a 6-month renewable term with immediate joining encouraged.

Qualifications

• Arabic language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Support manpower activation plan and workforce maturity roadmap.
• Contribute to workforce planning by maintaining role lists, grade information, hiring timelines, vacancies.
• Develop and update job descriptions, role requirements, and competency expectations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job descriptions, vacancy tracking, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, grade information, manpower updates, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with shared services and HR stakeholders on onboarding and employee services.
• Assist onboarding of new employees with orientation and policy briefings.
• Support performance management processes including objective-setting and tracking.

• Contribute to workforce planning by maintaining role lists, grade information, hiring timelines, vacancies,
• and staffing assumptions.
• Support the development and update of job descriptions, role requirements, competency expectations, and
• organizational documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job description preparation, role requirements, vacancy
• tracking, interview scheduling, candidate documentation, and onboarding support.
• Maintain workforce trackers, employee records, grade information, manpower updates, and HR
• documentation.
• Coordinate with entity shared services and relevant HR stakeholders on employment processes, onboarding,
• employee services, and HR requests.
• Support onboarding of new employees, including orientation materials, access requests, policy briefings,
• and internal coordination.
• Support performance management processes, including objective-setting documentation, performance
• tracking, and follow-up.
