Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Specialist with government experience to support manpower activation, workforce planning, job descriptions, recruitment, onboarding and performance management under a 6-month renewable contract. Immediate joiners only.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/related fields, a minimum of 4 years in HR, and Arabic language proficiency. The role focuses on government-related HR processes and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Arabic language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of manpower activation plan and workforce maturity roadmap.
• Contribute to workforce planning by maintaining role lists, grade information, hiring timelines, vacancies, and staffing assumptions.
• Support the development and update of job descriptions, role requirements, competency expectations, and organizational documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job description preparation, role requirements, vacancy tracking, interview scheduling, candidate documentation, and onboarding support.
• Maintain workforce trackers, employee records, grade information, manpower updates, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with entity shared services and relevant HR stakeholders on employment processes, onboarding, employee services, and HR requests.
• Support onboarding of new employees, including orientation materials, access requests, policy briefings, and internal coordination.
• Support performance management processes, including objective-setting documentation, performance tracking, and follow-up.
