Talent Higher in Dubai is seeking a polished Corporate Ambassador/Front Office Executive to be the first contact for visitors and clients. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the reception and direct them to the right departments, ensuring a smooth client journey from arrival to departure.

The role requires fluent French and English, prior front-of-house or client-facing experience, and a polished, confident demeanour. Rotational shifts and a five-day work week are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English communication skills are essential.
• Experience in front-of-house, customer service, hospitality or client-facing roles.
• Polished, well-presented and confident personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive client service approach.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, guests and visitors in a professional and warm manner.
• Manage the reception and front-of-house experience and ensure prompt attention.
• Direct clients to relevant departments, rooms or team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams to smooth the client journey from arrival to departure.
• Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information when needed.
• Maintain a professional, organised and presentable reception environment.
• Assist with basic administrative and client-service tasks as needed.
