Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Customer Success professional to join the EMEA team in Abu Dhabi. You will onboard clients, tailor trainings to customer workflows, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to maximize product adoption.

The role requires bilingual abilities (Russian and English) and willingness to travel; experience with Gainsight or Salesforce is a plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior customer experience and stay ahead of

Qualifications

Fluency in Russian & English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Gainsight, Salesforce or similar is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to meet clients.
Industry knowledge in energy, commodities, or finance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and derive maximum value from solutions.
Onboard customers and conduct remote and in-person training sessions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
Monitor customer data to identify opportunities for engagement and value creation.
Act as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer to improve experiences.
Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Anticipate challenges and address them before escalation.
Document customer engagements in Gainsight.
