Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers on-site in Dubai. You will handle requests across phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring first-class service and brand experience.

You will join a diverse team, receive comprehensive training, and grow through internal development programs. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with weekend shifts supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
• Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Can work rotating and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and respond to them according to their needs and situations.
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our client's product or services and will interface with their customers via phone, email, chat or social media depending upon the client requirements.
• Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
