Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary liaison for assigned clients in the iGaming sector. Fluent Korean (C1) and English (B2) are required, with 12+ years in account management.

Qualifications

• Must be native/fluent in Korean (C1) and fluent in English (B2).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive account growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support onboarding processes and guide clients through integrations launches or implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions addressing client needs.
• Share and communicate relevant updates, offers or promotions with clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.
• Provide regular performance updates, reports, and insights to clients and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends to advise clients proactively.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.
