Job summary

KWEC | Al Khawajah Engineering Consultants in Dubai is seeking a full-time Bid Manager to identify opportunities, coordinate bid preparation, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

You will gather client requirements, work with technical and project teams to develop winning strategies, structure proposals, manage bid timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure tender compliance while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing.
• Proven experience in Bid Management and Bid Processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and coordinate bid preparation to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, working with technical and project teams to develop winning bid strategies and structure proposals.
• Manage bid timelines, maintain bid documentation, and ensure compliance with external tender requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of bid processes, contribute to bid templates and tools, and report on bid status and lessons learned.
