Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Concierge to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests within the Rooms Division. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations and guest satisfaction across events and hospitality services.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management and, preferably, membership in Clefs d'Or. Join a dynamic Hyatt team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Preferably a member of the 'Clefs d'Or'.
• Concierge roles require delivering exceptional guest service and smooth operations within the Rooms Division.
