Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Concierge to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division, supporting events and guest requests with professionalism.

The role requires a hospitality background and a Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with preference for Clefs d'Or membership.
