Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment invites applications for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sea Breeze Beach in Dubai. You will oversee daily F&B kiosks, ensure service quality, and supervise staff while maintaining hygiene and budget controls.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in F&B, a high school certificate, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the food & beverage kiosks, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and timely staff deployment.
• Supervise all operational processes including the opening and closing of all F&B kiosks, ensuring procedures are followed, cleanliness and readiness standards are met, and all equipment is secured properly.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve guest satisfaction scores and daily sales targets.
• Conduct daily team briefings to review performance, align on goals, and implement corrective or improvement measures as needed.
• Carry out staff performance appraisals objectively and within scheduled timelines, providing constructive feedback.
• Track and manage operational costs in line with approved budgets and provide weekly financial updates for review and analysis.
• Identify high-potential team members for future growth, support their development through on-the-job training, and recommend external learning programs.
• Ensure personal and team compliance with Sea Breeze grooming, uniform, and presentation standards.

• Carry out staff performance appraisals objectively and within scheduled timelines, providing constructive feedback.
• Track and manage operational costs in line with approved budgets and provide weekly financial updates for review and analysis.
• Identify high-potential team members for future growth, support their development through on-the-job training, and recommend external learning programs.
• Ensure personal and team compliance with Sea Breeze grooming, uniform, and presentation standards.
• Enforce the correct handling, preparation, and storage of food and beverages, including temperature control, allergen awareness, and contamination prevention.
• Maintain accurate logs related to cleaning schedules, pest control, incident reports, and equipment maintenance to always ensure full audit readiness.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or equivalent (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail kiosk operations
• Valid Basic or Intermediate Food Safety Certification (Dubai Municipality approved)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience using POS/cashiering systems for sales and reporting
• Ability to train, coach, and manage a team
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor beach conditions, including weekends and holidays
