Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks a Guest Services Associate for Sea Breeze Beach to welcome guests, process payments, and maintain beach assets to high standards. You’ll support inventory, towels, and promotional events while ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient experience across Sea Breeze beach facilities.
• Issue bills accurately and collect payments while ensuring receipts are provided to all visitors.
• Maintain rental equipment, sunbeds, umbrellas, and other beach assets in presentable condition and in line with company standards.
• Monitor facility usage and report any misuse of facilities or guest concerns to the supervisor.
• Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising activities as required.
• Ensure guests are informed about available services and activities and maintain adequate towel supplies.
• Assist with promotional activities, special events, and the daily readiness of beach facilities for guest use.
• Follow departmental policies, safety standards, and sanitation procedures while supporting a positive guest experience.
