Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests per department SOPs.
• Participate in creating cocktails and assist with updating the Bar menu.
• Ensure smooth, consistent service and uphold standards during service periods.
• Handle minor complaints professionally and courteously.
• Ensure Bar equipment and service items are prepared and available.
• Minimize beverage wastage and secure stock under your responsibility.
• Monitor daily checklist and complete opening/closing duties.

The Arts Club Dubai unveils an amazing opportunity for a talented artisan to join our passionate and creative team. The Bartender will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the Bar service by delivering and keeping the highest level of guest service and experience, while ensuring that the Club’s standards and procedures are adhered to at all times, and the brand image is maintained.

What Will You Do

• Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following the department Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu
• Ensure the efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods
• Handle minor complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure that all the Bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available
• Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum and ensuring stock under your responsibility is secure
• Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Internationally recognized professional certification
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time
