Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai is seeking a passionate Barista to provide high-quality beverages and exceptional guest service. You will work in a fast-paced setting, following standard recipes and maintaining a spotless bar area while supporting training and teamwork.

You will assist with shift openings/closures, ensure guest satisfaction, and help manage equipment and daily operations to uphold Anantara’s renowned beverage program and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in a fast-paced cafe.
• Knowledge of beverages, recipes, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and maintain standards by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with training new associates and coaching as needed.
• Open and close shifts according to Manager’s Checklist and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure proper beverage service to guests.
