Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking an experienced beverage service supervisor to lead the bar team and ensure guest satisfaction across dining experiences. You will train associates, supervise service, and maintain bar equipment to uphold our high standards in a luxury resort setting.

Responsabilidades

• Promote guest satisfaction by developing and maintaining a strong team environment and delivering prompt, courteous beverage service.
• Provide quality beverages, ensure recipes and presentation standards, and follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain calm demeanor during peak volume to keep service standards and set a positive example for the shift team.
• Assist with new associates training and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure timely and courteous delivery of beverage orders and maintain the cleanliness of bar areas.
• Supervise service to guarantee guest satisfaction in food and beverage and manage revenue and check control on shift.
• Open and close shift according to Manager's Checklist and enforce Anantara Bar Service Standards.
• Maintain and repair coffee machines and bar equipment through regular inspections and work orders.
• Foster effective communication with associates and maintain fair discipline and accountability.
• Identify incentive ideas and drive improvements in operations.
