Job summary

Rixos in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations across the bars. You will prepare weekly rosters, supervise billing, ensure service standards, and train staff in upselling and guest engagement.

You will monitor service setup, handle guest complaints, and work with the F&B Office to optimize profitability while maintaining a safe, clean bar environment and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Prepares Rosters for all Bars.
• Supervises billing and cash flow for the Outlet.
• Ensures budgeted profit targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Creates a healthy and fair atmosphere to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Fills out requisition forms for F&B items and materials.
• Checks service setup before service starts and maintains beverage quality.
• Trains staff in service skills and upselling techniques.
• Ensures bars are clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Welcomes guests, allocates tables and handles complaints.
