The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with the Food & Beverage team to maintain luxury service levels in a five-star setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service and bar operations.
• Ability to train staff and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Weekly Rosters of all Bars.
• Creates a healthy and fair atmosphere for productivity.
• Fills out requisition forms for F&B items.
• Checks service setup before service starts.
• Attends F&B meetings and trainings.
• Trains staff on service and product knowledge.
• Ensures equipment is cleaned and ready for operation.
• Maintains daily log book and occupancy records.
• Supervises billing and cash flow for the outlet.
• Ensures budgeted profit targets are met.
