You will manage rosters, assist with requisitions, attend meetings, train personnel, and ensure cleanliness and smooth service.

The role requires strong leadership, cooperation with the F&B team, and a focus on guest experience to maximize revenue and uphold the hotel’s five-star reputation.

Qualifikationen

• Prepares Weekly Rosters of all Bars.
• Creates a healthy and fair atmosphere to boost productivity.
• Fills out the Requisition Forms for F&B items.
• Checks all service set-up matters before service.
• Attends F&B meetings and follows instructions.
• Trains staff on behaviour, suggestive selling, and service skills.
• Ensures operation equipment are cleaned and ready.
• Maintains daily log book and monitors occupancy.
• Monitors appearance of service personnel; suggests improvements.
• Implements new service procedures with the Director of F&B.

• Handle administration for the Outlet and oversee billing and cash flow.
• Ensure budgeted profit is achieved and service quality remains high.
