Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in F&B/culinary or related area.
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management or related major; with 2 years experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of beverage control and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Implements beverage policy and procedures across the property.
• Manages liquor control including inventory, costs, and portions.
• Maintains budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports.
• Trains staff on liquor policies and supervises staffing levels.
• Maintains high guest service standards and handles guest feedback.
