Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai, part of Marriott International, seeks an experienced restaurant leader to supervise daily restaurant operations across outlets, bar/lounge and room service where applicable.

You will plan menus, maintain sanitation standards, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction while optimizing financial performance. A strong focus on training and compliance with local laws and company policies is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food & beverage or related area.
• OR a 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel & Restaurant Management; 2 years F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages employees; handles day-to-day operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards across outlets.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and financial goals.
• Leads and coaches staff; develops goals and training plans.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies and sanitation standards.
