Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements beverage policy and procedures across the property.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal liquor laws.
• Manages beverage control including inventory, costs, and pricing analysis.
• Monitors adherence to liquor policies and procedures.
• Participates in meetings to align group needs and budgets.
• Assists in managing department expenses to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensures bar/lounge policies, standards and sanitation.
• Maintains inventories and supports menu/promotions as needed.
• Trains staff on liquor policies and supervises staffing levels.
• Provides excellent customer service and handles guest feedback and problems.
• Leads HR activities like orientation and corrective actions.

Education

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
