Job summary

Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is seeking a Senior Bartender to lead beverage service at the hotel’s bar. You will craft cocktails, maintain standards, and mentor junior bartenders while ensuring guest satisfaction and beverage quality.

You will manage stock, assist with opening and closing procedures, upsell specialty drinks, and uphold health, safety, and hygiene requirements in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Ability to upsell and promote specialty beverages to guests.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Mentor and train bartenders and new associates.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the bar.
