Job summary

Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is seeking a service-oriented Bar Captain to lead daily bar operations, ensure quality beverage service, and drive guest satisfaction in a busy 4- or 5-star hotel setting.

You will train the bar team, manage inventory and stock levels, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Bar Captain, Senior Bartender, or similar supervisory role in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-volume bar.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and stock control.
• Proven leadership skills to train and supervise bar staff while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily bar operations per hotel standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and upsell beverages.
• Train and coach bar team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety in bar area per regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock counts, FIFO, and requisitions to ensure operations.
