Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park in Dubai is seeking a service oriented Bar Host/Hostess to join their extraordinary team.

Ideally located in Dubai Science Park, this role requires welcoming guests, seating, handling bookings, and maintaining smooth dining flow. 1–2 years in a 4- or 5-star hotel and excellent English are preferred. You will work rotating shifts and contribute to True Hospitality that makes guests feel valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of similar or related experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with hotel systems.
• Amenable to working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner and ascertain dining needs.
• Seat guests, manage seating and monitor restaurant activity for flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Take bookings for the Restaurant via telephone, fax, emails and convert inquiries to bookings.
• Keep bookings and guest requirements updated in the system.
• Coordinate with management on offers and ensure system/website advertising.
• Utilise the system to maximise bookings and build a regular guest database.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and reports.
