Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assess dining needs.
• Seat guests and manage seating flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and politely.
• Perform opening/closing duties as needed.
• Take restaurant bookings via phone, email, or fax and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and relay guest requirements to the right person.
• Coordinate with restaurant management on offers and ensure visibility on systems/websites.
• Utilize systems to maximize bookings and build a guest database.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and reporting.
