Atlantis, The Palm, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Chef de Cuisine, Banquets, to lead a high-volume luxury kitchen. You will ensure top hygiene, manage stock, and coordinate across departments to uphold extraordinary guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in 5-star settings with 2–3 years in management, deep HACCP knowledge, and a proven ability to inspire teams and drive culinary innovation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or similar is required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in a 5-star international hotel/chain.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a management role (CDC or similar).
• Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all restaurant kitchen requirements to highest standards.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation under your jurisdiction and adequate stock levels.
• Oversee equipment inventory and kitchen P&L, coordinating with other departments.
• Direct, supervise and motivate staff to deliver top service and food quality.
• Communicate with guests and relay feedback to the chef in charge and management.
• Lead with creativity and foster kitchen innovation.
