Kerzner International’s Atlantis The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef for Saffron. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead and oversee all requirements to the highest standards, ensuring hygiene, stock management and inter-department coordination for premium service.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain, with 1–2 years in a similar role and Western cuisine expertise for high-volume service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Western cuisine experience for high-volume restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and organize kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and stock control in areas under your jurisdiction.
• Direct, supervise and train staff; ensure adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
