Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm, part of Kerzner International, invites a Chef de Cuisine, Banquets to lead and organize all banquet kitchen operations at the resort, maintaining top standards, hygiene, and inter-department coordination. You will manage inventory, equipment, and the kitchen’s P&L while ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service and culinary excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Catering, with 8–10 years in a 5-star international hotel, and 2–3 years in a management

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in a 5-star international hotel/chain.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a management role (CDC or similar).
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize all banquet kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation, stock levels, and inter-department coordination.
• Manage equipment and kitchen inventory, and oversee P&L for the kitchen.
