Raffles The Palm Dubai is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead luxury banquet floor operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year in a similar luxury hotel role.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication with emotional intelligence.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet floor operations, ensuring seamless setup, service, breakdown and coordination of events in line with luxury standards.
• Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable service and coordinating with Culinary, Stewarding and other departments.
• Coach and lead the banquet team on the floor with briefings, task allocation, grooming and product knowledge.
• Set banquet budgets and forecasts and analyze monthly P&L.
• Develop and maintain training programs and prepare weekly team schedules.
• Recruit and select banquet colleagues and ensure equipment maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate Catering needs with other department managers and supervise function room standards.
• Post function sheets and communicate instructions to staff to ensure successful events.
