Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for critical banking apps.
• Administer Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Support workloads on AWS and Azure.
• Investigate API failures and integration issues.
• Execute SQL queries and DB troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents per ITIL with proper escalation.
• Perform root-cause analysis during high-priority incidents.
• Monitor production systems for availability.
