Qualifications

• Linux and Windows Server administration experience with troubleshooting.
• Hands-on AWS and Azure cloud platform experience on projects.
• Ability to diagnose API-related production issues.
• Strong SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in ITIL incident management and service restoration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for banking applications.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Support production workloads on AWS and Azure clouds.
• Investigate API failures and integration issues.
• Execute SQL queries and perform database troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents per ITIL processes with proper escalation.
• Coordinate with teams for root-cause analysis during outages.
