Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking an IT Production Support Engineer to provide round-the-clock support for digital banking applications in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves incident troubleshooting, monitoring, vendor coordination, and managing deployments across cloud and on-premise stacks.

Required 4–5 years of IT experience, preferably in banking, with hands-on work in production and application support, cloud-native environments, and API ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years IT experience, banking/financial services preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise apps and technical systems
• 24/7 shift-based production support experience
• Strong knowledge of digital banking and channels
• Experience with cloud-native environments and API ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 production support for digital banking apps and platforms.
• Monitor application performance and system health; troubleshoot incidents.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and changes.
• Manage deployments, changes, and release processes per ITSM.
• Support AWS/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments and related stacks.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA compliance and delivery quality.
