Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an IT Production Support Engineer with 4+ years' experience to maintain and support digital banking applications in a production environment. You will handle incident troubleshooting, monitoring, change and release management, and assist with SIT, UAT, and production handover.

The role requires hands-on skills across AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, REST APIs, databases, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years IT experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
1–2 years supporting enterprise applications and technical systems.
Experience in production/support for digital banking or digital financial services.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 production support for digital banking apps and platforms, including shift/on-call.
Monitor performance, availability, and system health; investigate and resolve incidents.
Troubleshoot application, API, database, middleware, cloud, and infrastructure issues with IT teams/vendors.
Support Digital Channels across web and mobile platforms.
Perform monitoring/diagnostics using Dynatrace and related tools.
Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, and deployments per ITSM processes.
Support AWS/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, app servers, APIs, messaging, and databases.
Coordinate with vendors to review solutions and ensure SLA compliance.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, transition, and handover activities.
Assist project teams with planning, reporting, documentation, and delivery tracking.
Prepare technical docs, procedures, transition documents, and support guides.
Assist business users with functionality and technical issues.
