Job summary

InnovaziT (A Happiest Minds company) seeks an IT professional with banking domain experience to support production systems and drive technology-enabled initiatives. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, review vendor solutions, and assist business users in understanding system capabilities.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 production environment.

Qualifications

At least 4-5 years in IT with a banking background; 1-2 years handling wide application/technical systems.
Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and related problems.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge and ability to apply quality control techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to build partnerships and interact with all levels.
Planning, analytical and time management skills.
Excellent person-to-person communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues.
Assist Project Manager in delivering technology-enabled initiatives and IT deliverables.
Review vendor-provided solutions for alignment with requirements and standards.
Assist business users in understanding system functionalities and capabilities.
Define SLAs for project deliverables and ensure timely fulfilment.
Investigate business-reported issues and coordinate resolutions with IT or vendors.
Support project administration, planning and reporting activities.
Prepare and coordinate project documentation and transition materials.
Support vendor evaluation and monitor contract compliance and quality of implementation.
Ensure smooth transition from project to production and handover to production support.
Provide SIT and UAT support for business users.
