Job summary

RAKBANK is seeking an Analyst to provide effective functional and technical support for the bank's applications, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner per SLAs and compliance requirements.

The analyst will work closely with business users and software vendors to deliver solutions and resolve issues, supporting digital banking and AI-enabled applications while maintaining and updating custom code owned by the bank.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with SQL and Python coding.
• Good understanding of banking concepts and software development lifecycles.
