Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an IT specialist with 4–5 years in banking IT and 1–2 years handling diverse application and technical systems. You will troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support digital channels and wealth management workflows.

The role requires strong incident management, change control discipline, and hands-on use of AWS DevOps tools, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace in a demanding production environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in IT with banking background and 1–2 years handling of application and technical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Channels and experience in the Investment & Wealth Management domain.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Familiarity with IT Change Management and Problem Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps tools, Kubernetes, application servers and web services.
• Experience using Dynatrace for APM and diagnostics; able to operate in a 24/7 production support environment.

• At least 4-5 years in IT with a banking background with at least 1-2 years in a capacity with a wide experience in handling of application systems and technical systems.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Digital Channels.
• Solid understanding of the Investment and Wealth Management domain.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues by coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Good understanding of IT Change Management and Problem Management processes.
• Practical experience with AWS DevOps tools, Kubernetes platforms, application servers, and web services.
• Experience in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and issue diagnostics.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 production support environment and handle high‑pressure situations effectively.
