Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking a capable Support professional to assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and addressing customer needs within the UAE. The role emphasizes documentation, regulatory compliance, and producing proposals and marketing materials to enhance customer management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the role.
• Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business or Law;
• Understanding of documentation and operating processes;
• Good command of English;
• Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases.
• Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office.
• Be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are in order for establishing the relationship and processing the customer's transactions.
• Assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
• Assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests;
• Ensure that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
• Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
• Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
• Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material.
