Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing a portfolio of corporate banking clients.
• Lead client onboarding and product setup, ensuring accurate system and account creation.
• Coordinate KYC documentation, refreshes, and AML compliance requirements.
• Assist with Enhanced Due Diligence, account screening, and risk-related reviews.
• Maintain Salesforce records, monitor sales pipelines, and track business leads.
• Provide day-to-day client service, handle queries, and support deposit management activities.
• Prepare management information (MI), client presentations, and materials for customer meetings.
• Support relationship planning, annual client reviews, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a database of prospective corporate clients.
