Finance House in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Head of Bancassurance to lead and scale the bancassurance vertical. The role will drive strategy, partnerships, product portfolio, and sales execution for insurance distribution through the organisation’s channels.

The incumbent will ensure regulatory compliance, deliver superior customer experience, and establish bancassurance as a core revenue stream leveraging customer base, digital platforms, and branch networks.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in bancassurance and insurance distribution across multiple channels.
• Proven track record building and scaling new business verticals.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute bancassurance strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build the function from the ground up, including operating model and processes.
• Identify target segments, product mix, and go-to-market plans.
• Establish partnerships with insurers and brokers; negotiate framework.
• Lead a high-performing sales team and manage P&L for the vertical.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to embed offerings.
