Job summary

T.Choithram & Sons LLC in Dubai is seeking a Bakery Pastry production operative responsible for daily manufacturing and display of products in our bakery.

You will ensure timely production, maintain hygiene, operate equipment, interact with customers, and minimize waste while following recipes and FIFO guidelines.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, English proficiency, and additional advantage for Arabic/Hindi knowledge; a relevant bakery course is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or 10th pass.
• 1–2 years of bakery pastry production experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arabic or Hindi knowledge is an advantage.
• Bakery pastry craft course is an added advantage.
• Strong hygiene and quality standards knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of bakery ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & hygiene of bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.
• Timely production of quality products per the production cycle and plan.
• Operate bakery equipment.
• Customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Ensure continuous availability of range & escalate production issues to Baker.
• Minimise wastage of raw materials during production.
• Understand, describe and execute recipes.
• Adhere to FIFO and freshness of products.
