Job summary

T Choithram and Sons in Dubai seeks a Bakery production and display operative to perform duties across bakery production and display, maintain utensils and equipment, ensure timely production according to plan, operate bakery equipment, and adhere to FIFO and freshness standards.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with 2-4 years of bakery and pastry experience, proficient in English, with knowledge of Arabic or Hindi an advantage, and HACCP certification is a plus; hygiene and quality

Qualifications

• High school graduate (10th Pass).
• 2-4 years bakery & pastry production experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of Arabic/ Hindi is an advantage
• Bakery & Pastry craft course is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards & quality standards of the products for sale
• HACCP certification is an added advantage

• Performing any combination of following duties in Bakery production & display

• Effectively understand, describe and execute recipes
• Adhering to the FIFO method & freshness of display
