Job summary

LS Boutique Bakery in Dubai is seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Administrator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on processing orders, coordinating with production and delivery teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth bakery operations.

Ideal candidates will have prior bakery/admin experience, strong organization, and excellent command of Excel/Sheets. The position is full-time, with salary based on experience and immediate joining. Work is in person in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bakery/admin experience preferred.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and office apps.
• Ability to coordinate with kitchen, suppliers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and follow up on B2B and customer orders.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes and other sales docs.
• Coordinate daily orders with production/kitchen team.
• Maintain production schedules and order sheets.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and customers.
• Monitor inquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
• Maintain customer and B2B accounts.
• Assist with purchasing and supplier follow-ups.
• Track inventory, ingredients and packaging.
