LS Boutique Bakery in Dubai is seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Administrator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on processing orders, coordinating with production and delivery teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth bakery operations.

Ideal candidates will have prior bakery/admin experience, strong organization, and excellent command of Excel/Sheets. The position is full-time, with salary based on experience and immediate joining. Work is in person in Dubai.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. LS Boutique Bakery is looking for an experienced and highly organized Bakery Operations Administrator to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process and follow up on B2B and customer orders
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes and other sales documentation
• Coordinate daily orders with the production/kitchen team
• Prepare and maintain production schedules and order sheets
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate with drivers and customers
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders and outstanding payments
• Maintain customer and B2B account records
• Assist with purchasing, supplier orders and follow‑ups
• Maintain ingredient, packaging and general inventory records
• Monitor stock levels and flag items requiring replenishment
• Maintain organized records of recipes, costing sheets, production documents and product information
• Assist with food‑safety and operational documentation, including production records, traceability, expiry dates and related files
• Support Management with general administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Previous bakery, pastry, catering or food‑production administrative experience is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of bakery/F&B operations and terminology
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
• Comfortable coordinating between customers, kitchen, suppliers and delivery team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general office applications
• Experience with POS, inventory or accounting systems is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to coordinate with logistics team for deliveries and schedule
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Position: Full-time. Salary: TBA based on experience. Joining: Immediate. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
