Job summary

T.Choithram & Sons LLC is seeking a Bakery Pastry Operative to support production and display of fresh goods. The role requires maintaining hygiene, following recipes, and collaborating with the senior bakery team.

You will ensure timely production, proper stock control, and adherence to FIFO while delivering a compelling, quality-focused display for customers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (10th pass) required.
• 2-4 years experience in Bakery Pastry production.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Arabic or Hindi language knowledge is an advantage.
• Bakery Pastry craft course is a plus.
• Strong hygiene and product quality standards knowledge.
• HACCP certification is an added advantage.
