You will meet monthly targets, tailor information to individual client needs, and manage activity in the CRM system to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Candidates from Training Industry background is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote courses to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels, converting prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing questions about training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
