Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Training Consultant with strong B2B sales experience to identify client training needs and tailor international programs for GCC markets.

You will design, plan and coordinate training schedules, instructors and logistics; deliver compelling proposals; nurture long-term client relationships; and contribute to tender preparations and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training consultancy, L&D or corporate training.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with GCC corporate clients (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify client training needs and propose suitable programs and international certifications.
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across UAE.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research on training trends, competitor offerings, and emerging learning needs.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high‑quality program delivery.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and training projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Keep an updated customer database.
