Job summary

JAMS HR Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Dubai to lead frontline acquisition of corporate clients for staffing solutions. You will drive outbound B2B sales, conduct meetings with HR leaders, and secure SLAs with new clients.

You will gather client requirements, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with the internal Recruitment team to present matching profiles. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Direct experience selling recruitment services or manpower supply is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through cold calls, emails, and market research.
• Meet with HR executives, procurement officers, and line managers.
• Manage sales pipeline, submit proposals, and convert prospects.
• Onboard clients by securing SLAs and terms of business.
• Gather job descriptions, hiring needs, and budgets.
• Coordinate with recruitment team to present matching profiles.
• Monitor local job boards and industry projects for hiring surges.
