Raven Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a target-driven B2B Sales Executive for HR Solutions to support growing business operations in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of UAE outdoor B2B sales experience, with a strong ability to generate leads, visit clients, and present HR solutions to HR managers and business owners. This role involves daily outdoor activities, travel within the UAE, and career growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of UAE experience in Outdoor B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Candidates must be comfortable with daily outdoor sales activities and client visits.
• Experience in HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, or Manpower Solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE B2B market.
• Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and self-motivated.

Raven Consultancy is looking for a target-driven B2B Sales Executive - HR Solutions to support our growing business in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and lead generation , preferably within the HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing, or manpower solutions industry .

• Generate new B2B business opportunities for recruitment, staffing, manpower, and HR solutions.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients across the UAE.
• Conduct cold calls, client meetings, business visits, and sales presentations.
• Build relationships with HR Managers, Business Owners, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients' recruitment and manpower requirements and propose suitable HR solutions.

Requirements
