Job summary

JAMS HR Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Dubai to lead frontline acquisition of corporate clients for staffing solutions. You will drive outbound B2B sales, conduct meetings with HR leaders, and secure SLAs with new clients.

You will gather client requirements, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with the internal Recruitment team to present matching profiles. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Direct experience selling recruitment services or manpower supply is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is preferred.

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary focus will be on the frontline acquisition of new corporate clients requiring staffing solutions. You will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, and securing agreements for Manpower Supply, Permanent Recruitment, or Staff Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Conduct daily cold calls, email campaigns, and market research to identify companies that need recruitment or manpower services.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with HR Executives, Procurement Officers, and Line Managers to present our services.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up actively on leads, submit commercial proposals, and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Client Onboarding: Secure signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and terms of business with new clients.
• Job Order Collection: Gather detailed job descriptions, hiring requirements, and budget constraints directly from the client.
• Internal Coordination: Hand over client requirements clearly to the internal Recruitment/Sourcing team and follow up to ensure they present matching profiles.
• Market Research: Monitor local job boards, news, and industry projects to identify upcoming hiring surges or major projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in outbound B2B sales. Direct experience selling recruitment services, HR software, or manpower supply is a major advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and persistence in cold calling.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law (visas, quotas, and employment contracts) is highly preferred.
