Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation.
• Confident, energetic phone manner.
• Highly target-driven, persistent, and resilient to rejection.
• Strong spoken English.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospective clients daily.
• Identify and reach the right decision-makers within target companies.
• Qualify leads quickly and pass them on to senior commercial staff.
