Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, UAE's leading classifieds brands, seek a results-driven Telesales Agent - Outbound to generate revenue through high-volume outbound calls, convert leads, and build lasting client relationships. You will meet targets, manage a pipeline, collaborate with the purchase team, and provide exceptional service while staying current on product knowledge and market trends.

Requires 2+ years in telesales, strong English, and resilience under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required with a bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years in telesales, call center or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a pressurized environment.
• Strong English communication and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Manage outbound calls and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
